new glasses so I need a new case for my them. I found this design at Tattered stitch embroiderys. Made in a 5×7 hoop and here is my test one. I am not so happy with my fabric choice probably need something simpler. One tip is to cut your batting to fit. Lesson learned. I added some text in the space. Easy to make I would recommend this design. Right now to make another one.
Winter is the best time to catch up on embroidery and sewing projects. I was testing some appliqué patterns on tea towels. In summer I feel guilty staying in doors but these cold days and evenings are perfect for enjoying my me time.
These mice are made for me by my daughter in law Vicki for our mice Christmas table. They are all just so gorgeous and I love all the detail on them.

Excited to layout this new fabric, it’s the vibrant colours that seem to make me happy. I haven’t been shopping for awhile so was good to have a browse and this caught my eye. Sew to get back into it!
Buddy is a new addition to our family he is only 3 months old and still leaning about the world. 
Fingerless gloves great for keeping my hands warm but I can still use my phone and iPad. Also made a beanie. Busy adding a scarf to the set. Love this Lion brand yarn. Made my daughter a set too.
They have a variety of different colours to choose from too.
Every little girl loves a pocket to put their bits and pieces in.
Found this bunny fabric it’s a cotton stretch and couldn’t resist make ng my grand daughters a matching dress.

We love the West Coast it’s so rugged. Lots of one vehicle bridges but the views and crystal clear waters certainly make up for the winding roads. Allow time and to stop and enjoy the small towns along the way.
Full of quaint shops. Haven’t seen so many old dolls in a shop before.
